Our team performs detailed reviews of zoning applications and plans to confirm conformance with each municipality’s codes—often serving as the first line of defense in identifying whether additional permitting, such as stormwater, floodplain, land development, building, or demolition, may be required.
We also provide construction plan reviews, including accessibility compliance, for both residential and commercial properties; construction inspections from the initial phase through the final Certificate of Occupancy; and reviews of municipal zoning and building ordinances to confirm compliance and consistency.
