ARRO works with the Borough of Parkesburg to complete plan reviews and residential and commercial building code inspections. ARRO is also available to the borough to attend special meetings that would require zoning and UCC expertise.

​The Borough of Parkesburg, located in western Chester County, Pennsylvania, was founded as a community predating the American Revolutionary war. Originally known as Fountain Inn (circa 1734), the town was named Parkesburg in 1836 after the Parke family who owned land in the area. In 1872 Parkesburg became a borough, it was originally part of Sadsbury Township.
