For close to two decades, we have proudly sponsored a scholarship program to assist the educational endeavors of employees’ children, as well as interns on staff.

Recently, the ARRO Scholarship Committee granted six more scholarships. The 2023 recipients are Molly Kelso from Central Bucks West; Lydia Leaman from Messiah University; Rachel Leaman from Governor Mifflin; Ben Meister from Twin Valley; Sarah Smith from Messiah University; and Derek Walasavage from Blue Mountain High School.“Our scholarship program means as much to us as it does to the students we’re helping,” said Heather Montgomery, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ARRO Consulting. “It gives us pleasure to provide this benefit to our interns, as well as to ARRO team members and their families.”The program is in its 19th year, and has now gifted well over $50,000. A total of $5000 was given in 2023.Applicants must meet several eligibility requirements, including attending accredited institutions and submitting final course transcripts, maintaining a specified academic level, completing an essay on a given topic, and sharing details on school activities, past awards and honors, and community involvement including volunteering.“We’re proud that this valuable program is close to entering its third decade,” Montgomery added enthusiastically. “We are fully committed to continue supporting these students, and hope that someday they put their talents and knowledge to work for us here at ARRO!”
