We are pleased to welcome Kristen Hasenauer, SHRM-CP, to ARRO Consulting as our Director of People and a member of our Executive Leadership Team.
Kristen brings more than a decade of human resources leadership experience spanning both the public and private sectors in Southeastern Pennsylvania. A collaborative and forward-thinking leader, she has partnered with executives and senior management to strengthen organizational development, enhance employee engagement, and align policies and practices with business goals.
Before joining ARRO, Kristen served as Director of Human Resources at Gateway Ticketing Systems, where she led human resources operations across multiple states and advanced initiatives in culture, engagement, and performance management. Her background includes extensive experience in change management, organizational growth, and people strategy.
Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Millersville University and a master’s degree in Employee and Labor Relations from Penn State University. She is also a certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
As Director of People, Kristen will lead efforts to strengthen ARRO’s people strategy, support professional development, and foster a workplace culture where employees can thrive. Her leadership will be instrumental in advancing initiatives that attract and retain top talent, enhance employee experience, and align our People programs with ARRO’s long-term vision for growth.
