His career has been defined by guiding multidisciplinary teams, implementing innovative business strategies, and fostering meaningful client partnerships.
Throughout his tenure in both public and private sectors, Ihsan has demonstrated a consistent commitment to delivering sustainable solutions that improve infrastructure and quality of life—a mission that aligns closely with ARRO’s core values.
As CEO, Ihsan will be based at our corporate headquarters in Lititz, PA. He is already immersing himself in the culture and operations of ARRO, building relationships with employees across all of our offices and connecting with the clients we serve. His collaborative leadership style and forward-thinking vision will play a key role as ARRO continues to expand its services, embrace new technologies, and strengthen its impact throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
