At the forefront of this initiative is Brian Wagner, who joined ARRO in April. With more than 20 years in civil engineering—including multiple leadership roles with FEMA—Brian brings expertise in emergency response, federal grant compliance, infrastructure resiliency, and hazard mitigation. His leadership enables ARRO to expand into this vital new service area.
