Founded in 1946, ARRO traces its roots back to two organizations—Henry F. Huth and the Environmental Division of Gilbert Associates, Inc.—both known for their responsiveness to client needs and commitment to practical solutions. Through decades of growth, change, and strategic partnerships, those foundations ultimately formed what is now ARRO Consulting. While the firm’s name and structure have evolved over time, its dedication to client service has remained constant.
Today, the majority of ARRO’s work comes from repeat clients, reflecting long-standing relationships built on trust and collaboration. In recent years, ARRO has continued to grow through strategic acquisitions that expand the firm’s expertise and geographic reach, including CKS Engineers and Castle Valley Consultants in 2022, Private Utility Enterprises in 2025, and Ott Consulting in 2026.
