For over two decades, ARRO Consulting has proudly sponsored a scholarship program dedicated to supporting the educational goals of employees’ children and student interns. In 2025, the ARRO Scholarship Committee continued this tradition by awarding four deserving recipients with financial support toward their academic journeys.
This year’s scholarship recipients are:
- Jordyn Fuges, University of Delaware
- Georgia Kelso, University of Pittsburgh
- Molly Kelso, University of Pittsburgh
- Rachel Leaman, Alvernia University
Now in its 21st year, the ARRO Scholarship Program has surpassed $60,000 in total awards. In 2025 alone, $4,000 in scholarship funds were distributed to help students advance their higher education pursuits.

Applicants to the scholarship program must meet a variety of eligibility requirements. These include enrollment in an accredited institution, submission of final course transcripts, maintaining a strong academic standing, and completion of an original essay. Additionally, applicants are asked to highlight school activities, honors and awards, and community involvement, including volunteer efforts.
This long-standing initiative reflects ARRO’s enduring commitment to our employees and their families. We are honored to invest in the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators as they work toward their educational and professional goals.
