We are pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Bingham to Office Manager for ARRO’s Lititz Office!
Joining ARRO in 2015, Michael has over ten years of civil engineering experience including site grading, land development, stormwater management, pipe network analysis, NPDES permitting, erosion and sediment control design and permitting, guide rail design, roadway design, construction cost opinions, feasibility studies, structural design, MS4 permitting, and zoning enforcement As Office Manager, Michael is responsible for all office functions and oversight of Lititz office staff. In addition to his new role as Office Manager, he is also an ARRO Assistant Vice President and Project Engineer.
Michael graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, and is a licensed engineer in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. He was also a member of the Lancaster Leadership Class of 2017 and is a member of the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA) and the Water Environment Federation (WEF). In 2019, Michael was a recipient of a Central Penn Business Journal Forty Under Forty Award.
