Please join us in congratulating Matthew D. Warfel, P.E. on his promotion to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In his new roles as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, he will be responsible for the management of all of ARRO’s technical and administrative operations.
ARRO’s chairman and Chief Executive Officer, G. Matthew Brown, P.E., DEE says, “Matt joined ARRO’s ranks over fifteen years ago. Since then, it has been my privilege to watch him grow and thrive as both an engineer and a leader. His leadership skills, attention to detail, and dedication to ARRO’s growth and development make him an important asset to ARRO’s executive team. We are looking forward to continuing to work with him; especially as he takes on the added responsibilities of his new positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.”
Working on a variety of projects, Matt has experience in planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment, collection and conveyance systems as well as water treatment, distribution and storage systems, process design, hydraulic modeling, construction management and engineering, and municipal engineering.
Matt earned his B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering at Drexel University and his M.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering at Cornell University. He has also earned his Professional Engineer certification in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Matt joined ARRO in 2004 as an Environmental Engineer and Project Manager.
