Mark D. Harman, P.E. Promoted to Senior Vice President & Director of Technical Services

Please join ARRO in congratulating Mark D. Harman, P.G. on his recent promotion to Senior Vice President and Director of Technical Services.

“As Senior Vice President and Director of Technical Services, Mark will be responsible for overseeing ARRO’s office managers, endeavoring to fulfill ARRO’s mission and vision, and adhering to ARRO’s core values. Mark brings to the table strong management skills and knowledge of our business, and I am very much looking forward to working with Mark in his new role,” says ARRO President Brady Flaharty, P.E.

Mark’s other duties include project management, staff leadership, and business development.

Mark earned his Professional Geologist (P.G.) certification in 2009 and is ARRO’s resident stormwater and Municipal Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) specialist. He has worked on a wide variety of projects such as stormwater management system design, MS4 program development, NDPDES permitting, total maximum daily load (TMDL) planning, Chesapeake Bay pollution reduction planning, best management practice design and installation, and public water supply studies. Mark joined ARRO in 2003 as a Geologist.

Mark attended Millersville University and graduated with his B.S. in Engineering Geology. He also is certified by the American Stormwater Institute, LLC as a Qualified MS4 Stormwater Compliance Professional in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
