Chairman & CEO G. Matthew Brown, P.E., DEE Receives the CPBJ Most Admired CEO Award

We are pleased to announce that our Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, G. Matthew Brown, P.E., DEE, has been awarded one of the Central Penn Business Journal Game Changers Awards for Most Admired CEO. The CPBJ’s annual event was held in Harrisburg, this past Monday, November 4. Nominees were assessed on their ability to positively impact their communities, their leadership style, vision for their organization, and strategies for remaining competitive.

Matt was nominated by ARRO staff for his hands-on leadership, advocacy and care for his employees, and expertise in his field.

Matt says, “As ARRO Consulting, Inc. is a relatively small privately held company, I take a hands-on approach to leadership, with an emphasis on the well-being of my employees. I have been with ARRO through various ownerships for thirty-one years, and have ‘grown-up’ alongside the company. Starting as a Project Engineer in 1988, I have progressed through ARRO’s ranks, and have held most of the positions of my technical and professional staff. This cumulative experience has provided invaluable insight into understanding not only the daily challenges employees and the business face but the long-term hurdles as well.”

Thank you Matt for your steady leadership, and congratulations on your achievement!
