Carolyn F. Giardini Promoted to Vice President

We are pleased to announce that Carolyn F. Giardini has been promoted to Vice President, in addition to her role as Director of Communications! In Carolyn’s current role, she is responsible for all of ARRO’s marketing efforts and business development activities, in addition to company-wide office administration.

Carolyn first joined ARRO in 2008, and has over 12 years of experience in education and training, program development, brand development, event planning, social media/digital marketing, graphic design, administrative assistance, communications/PR, marketing, business development, sales, office administration and moving logistics, floorplan development, lease negotiation, management, grant procurement, proposal development, and client service.

Carolyn received a dual Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education and Flute Performance from West Chester University, and a Master of Music degree in Flute Performance from Temple University, as well as a mini-MBA from Rutgers University in Brand Development & Marketing Communications. In 2018, she was the recipient of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Woman to Watch Award, from their Women of Influence program. Carolyn is the chair or ARRO’s Employee Engagement and Advocacy Committtee and the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA) Exhibitor and Sponsor sub-Committee, as well as a member of the PWEA Conference Committee, Pennsylvania State Association of Township Officials (PSATS) Conference Committee, the Southern Chester County Young Business Leaders (SCCC YBL), and the World Tang Soo Do Association (WTSDA).
